At Olot Meats Group, we continue to move forward in our commitment to sustainability, efficiency and continuous improvement through our incorporation into CRECEMOS – Renewable Fuels and Circular Economy in Spain for Sustainable Mobility, a multi-sector association that brings together 34 entities representing a large part of the mobility value chain, including leading companies in energy, renewable raw materials, industry, transport and retail, as well as knowledge centers and universities.
CRECEMOS promotes the circular economy in Spain and supports the use of renewable fuels as a real, currently available and complementary alternative to other energy solutions to advance the decarbonization of transport. The association works to develop new value chains based on waste reuse, promote technologies for resource recovery, and create new markets linked to more sustainable products and processes.
The incorporation of Càrniques de Juià into this initiative aligns with our vision of a modern, responsible agri-food industry prepared to meet today’s energy and environmental challenges. Being part of CRECEMOS allows us to collaborate with other industrial and technological stakeholders to continue evolving towards a more efficient production model, actively contributing to the transition towards more sustainable energy sources and to a safer, more environmentally respectful energy future.
